Lake Cave, Mount St. Helens, Washington, USA.
During the winter months the cave, actually a lava tube, fills with water near its terminus, hence it's name. This was the latest time in the year I've visited this cave and was surprised at how much water there really was. The photo was taken with camera on tripod with an exposure time of four minutes at f/8. The light source was a small 60 lumen lamp.
